Coaches Conference Room AV Guide

Overview

This Conference room has a video wall that acts as one large conference room display. Display source controls are located on the table under the video wall. Use the source controls to turn on the video wall and change between displaying your laptop, cable TV, or the conference room PC.

Using the Conference Room Computer

1. Select ON via controller.
2. On the right-hand side of the controller, select the PC option. (Reference the image)
3. Ensure that the conference room computer is on.

• The computer is located in the wooden cabinet below the TV

4. You should automatically be logged into the Conference Room account.

Connecting your Laptop to the TV

1. Turn your laptop on and plug in the HDMI cable.

• If your laptop has no HDMI port, use the attached USB-C adapter with the HDMI cable.

2. Once connected, select LAPTOP via the controller.

Note: If you're using your laptop on the TV, then you cannot use the webcam under the TV for Zoom calls.

Accessing Cable through the Conference Room

1. Select the CABLE option via the controller.
2. There is a TV tuner remote for changing channels, it is the one shown below and can be found on the lower cabinet on the right side.

• For channel information, refer to the guide sheet beside the controller.

Note: Please, do not attempt to use an LG remote for operating the TVs. Audio can be changed through the controller.

Troubleshooting & Audio

• All sound comes from the BOSE SoundBar. Ensure it is on and plugged in.
• When switching media input, try turning the display off and then back on in cases where the TV does not respond to the switch.
• The PC should automatically login to the conference account; never log into your personal
