How to Request a Loaner Device

This article covers how a Maryland Athletics Employee can request a loaner device using our support portal.


Instructions

  1. Go to the Athletics IT Service Desk here
  2. Once there, click the "Get Help" button on the bottom right.

  1. To proceed, please select the "Ask" tab and click "Email."

  1. Please provide your personal information in the designated fields. If you are requesting a loaner because your computer needs a repair, include your Asset Tag, otherwise leave that field blank.

  1. Please provide all the necessary information in the required fields and elaborate on the reason for requiring the loan. Please be sure to include if you need any special softwares installed on the loaner.

  1. When you have finished filling out the form, please submit it. We will then begin to prepare the loaner for you to collect.
