A Look at our Facilities

Xfinity Center

Xfinity Center

Completed in the Fall of 2022, XFINITY Center provides a seating capacity of 17,950 fans for basketball, serves as the home of Maryland gymnastics, as well as a campus site for university special events and select community events.

XFINITY Center also houses the university's athletics administration offices, the Stephen M. Schanwald Pavilion, that serves as home to the Terps' volleyball and wrestling teams, and the Maryland Club.

Gossett Hall

Gossett Hall

Since 1991, the Gossett Football Team House has served as the home for the Maryland Football team. In Winter 2020, the Football team will move to a new home in Jones-Hill House, allowing the expansion of Gossett to provide locker rooms, a weight room, and a medical support area for a multitude of student-athletes to access.

Field Hockey & Lacrosse Complex

The premier, state-of-the-art home of the three-time national champions seats 1,400 spectators and meets the highest field standards of the Federation of International Hockey (F.I.H.). Opened in 2003 with a water-based Astroturf 12 playing surface, the fan-friendly facility is located on Paint Branch Drive (off Route 193) adjacent to XFINITY Center.
