Module 5 - Office Hours and Next Steps

AI Training Series Office Hours

To help turn this training into real, practical impact, Athletics IT will host two optional, walk-in office hours:

March 2 and March 4 2026
12:00–2:00 PM
Xfinity Center – Large Conference Room 2708

This is an informal opportunity to ask questions about the training series, discuss potential AI use cases, and complete the end-of-training survey with IT staff available for guidance. We encourage you to bring ideas for repetitive tasks, communication drafting, reporting automation, or internal process improvements where AI might help.

If you plan to attend, consider bringing:

  • One repetitive task you handle weekly or daily
  • The inputs you typically use (templates, recurring reports, standard emails)
  • A clear idea of what “done” looks like (the format or output you need)

Be prepared to discuss:

  • How often the task occurs
  • How long it currently takes
  • What systems or data it touches (to ensure proper governance)

Office hours are designed to move beyond theory and identify high-impact opportunities tailored to your real workflows.


IMPORTANT: Complete the AI Survey in Teamworks to close out the AI Training Series. You can access the survey by logging into Teamworks -> Forms -> Assigned to Me or through the email notification sent to you.
