Requesting a Loaner Device

This article covers how a Maryland Athletics Employee can request a loaner device using our support website.

  1. Start a Conversation by visiting our Get Help page.
  2. Please provide your information in the designated fields. If you are requesting a loaner because your computer needs a repair, include your Asset Tag. Otherwise, leave that field blank.
  3. Please provide all the necessary information in the description and elaborate on the reason for requiring the loaner. Please be sure to include if you need any special softwares installed on the loaner.
  4. When you have finished filling out the form, please submit it. You will be updated via email on when your device is ready for pickup.
